Having lost weight many times in my life only to regain it once I became inactive and ate the foods I craved; keeping the weight off can be a herculean effort at best. So, here’s a tip that has helped me. Weigh yourself every morning, stay active and count your calories or at the very least be conscious of the number of calories you eat in a day and I’d like to hear from you. How did you take it off? What are you doing to keep it off?
